Delivery Overview and Processing Times

Jorovi Skin™ is currently offering shipping services exclusively within the United States as we work on expanding our reach to other countries. We are committed to processing all orders within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time an order is placed. Please note, while we strive for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific shipping times and are not liable for delays beyond our standard processing period. Business days do not include weekends or any holidays recognized by our carrier.

Shipping Fees

Jorovi Skin™ is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.

Estimated Shipping Time

We estimate domestic shipping times to be between 1-5 business days. However, these are approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

Tracking Information

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your inbox as well as any spam or promotions folders. A follow-up email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. For any inquiries, please contact our support team at support@joroviskin.com.

Marked as "Delivered"

If your package is prematurely marked as "delivered," please check the tracking site for updates. Should your package remain undelivered after a few days, contact our customer service at support@joroviskin.com. Note: Jorovi Skin™ is not responsible for orders stolen from properties but contact us within 48 hours of the supposed delivery for possible reshipment considerations.

Other Shipment Concerns

For any issues related to shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We aim to re-ship affected orders within 1-5 business days. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or if a customer has moved, a $8 USD reshipment fee applies within the USA. If the delay is on our part, reshipment will be at no extra cost.

Out of Stock Items

If any items in your order are out of stock, you will be notified by email with the expected restock date. U.S. residents can choose to swap the item (additional charges may apply), remove it, or wait for the item to be restocked and shipped at no additional charge.
