Jorovi Skin™ is dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that items must be in their original, unused condition and not opened, due to safety concerns.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our official site or by emailing support@joroviskin.com with details of the items you wish to return. Our team will provide a confirmation for your return. Keep in mind, Jorovi Skin™ does not cover the cost of return shipping, and shipping fees, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Items shipped back to us without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund and will be discarded.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. The refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Defective/Incorrect/Missing Items

If you receive a defective item, an incorrect item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video evidence of the issue. We are committed to resolving such issues through a refund, exchange, or credit. In cases where an order is shipped to the wrong address due to courier error, or if the recipient no longer resides at the address provided, we will reship the order once it is returned to our warehouse. For orders misaddressed by the customer, we can reship within the US for a flat fee of $8 USD. Refunds cannot be issued for orders that are mid-shipment or marked as delivered by the courier.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If after contacting your bank you still have not received your refund, please email us at support@joroviskin.com for further assistance.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange per order within the 30-day return period. Products must be returned in optimal conditions. If 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange.
