  • Yes, all of our products are  vegan and cruelty-free. We use only natural and organic ingredients to help repair, moisturize, and maintain healthy skin.


  • Can I return or exchange my Jorovi Beauty products?
  • Yes, we offer a 24-hour window for returns after you receive your product. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please email us at support@jorovi.com, and our Customer Advocacy Team will gladly assist you with an exchange or return.


  • How long does it take to process a return?
  • Returns typically take 5-6 business days to process. Once we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment within 48 hours. Refunds are generally posted via your bank within 3-5 business days of receiving this credit.


  • When will my Jorovi Beauty package be delivered?
  • Our current processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (not including weekends or government holidays). Once items have been shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.


  •  Do you ship internationally?
  • No, currently we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our reach in the near future. We also do not ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO boxes, military addresses, or Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
